The timber frame should be delivered on Wednesday 13th August and installation start the next day. Before the floor goes in over the basement it was important to get a couple of large items down in the basement as they will be very difficult to get down the stairs.

The team from Oxford Renewables delivered the wood pellet boiler which includes a 550 litre thermal store (Solarfocus OctoPlus 15 –  http://www.oxfordrenewables.co.uk/octoplus).

They also helped with the safe which is to be installed downstairs.
